RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

This policy applies exclusively to products purchased through
www.ezhigo.com

By placing an order, the customer agrees to the terms outlined below, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

 

1. Eligibility for Return / Exchange

A return or exchange request will be considered only if:

  • The request is raised within 7 days of delivery

  • The product is unused and unworn

  • The product is returned in original condition

  • All original tags, packaging, and invoice are intact

Ezhigo may decline return or exchange requests that do not meet the above conditions, except where required under applicable law.

 

2. Delivery Benefit

All orders placed on www.ezhigo.com are eligible for free standard delivery.

 

3. Return Requests

Returns must be initiated through Ezhigo customer support or the website return process.

Free Returns are applicable only in the following cases:

  • Manufacturing defect

  • Incorrect product delivered

In such cases, no logistics or handling charges will apply.

For other approved return cases (excluding defects or incorrect items), Ezhigo may deduct up to 50% of the actual shipping cost from the refund amount.

Customers are requested not to self-ship products without prior authorization.
Unauthorized returns may be declined.

All returned products will undergo inspection upon receipt.

If the product is found to be:

  • Used

  • Damaged

  • Altered

  • Not in original condition

The return request may be rejected.

 

4. Exchange Requests

Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

Exchanges are permitted for:

  • Size issues

  • Manufacturing defects

Exchange Charges

  • The first exchange is free of charge.

  • Any additional exchange request for the same order may attract a logistics fee of up to 50%of the total delivery/shipping cost per exchange.

No logistics charges apply in cases of confirmed manufacturing defect or incorrect item delivered.

Approved exchanges will be facilitated through reverse pickup arranged by Ezhigo.

Exchange is allowed only for:

  • The same product OR

  • A product of equal or higher value

If the replacement product is of higher value, the customer must pay the price difference prior to dispatch.

 

5. Refunds

Refunds will be processed only after successful inspection and approval.

Refund method:

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunded to original payment mode

Refunds will be processed within 7 working days after approval.

Timelines for credit to the customer account may vary depending on the payment provider or banking institution.

Refunds are not applicable for:

  • Gift Cards

  • Gift Boxes

  • Promotional Freebies

 

6. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Products

The following are not eligible for return or exchange, unless defective or incorrectly delivered:

  • Clearance Sale items

  • End of Season Sale products

  • Discounted products

  • Free products received as part of any promotion

Returns based on change of mind are not accepted.
However, eligible size exchanges may be supported as per this policy.

7. Delivery Advisory

Customers are advised not to accept delivery of packages that appear visibly damaged or tampered.

Acceptance of such packages may be treated as confirmation of receipt in good condition unless reported within 24 hours of delivery.

This does not affect the customer's right to report manufacturing defects discovered later.

8. Right to Review Requests

Ezhigo reserves the right to:

  • Approve or decline return/exchange requests

  • Limit service in cases of suspected misuse

All decisions will be based on product inspection and policy compliance, subject to applicable law.
