SHIPPING POLICY

This policy applies to all orders placed through
www.ezhigo.com

1. Shipping Charges

All orders placed on www.ezhigo.com are eligible for free standard delivery.

No shipping charges are applied at checkout.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders received on business days are typically processed within 24 hours.

  • Orders placed on Sundays, national holidays, or key regional holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Dispatch timelines may depend on logistics partner pickup schedules.

 

3. Shipping & Delivery Time

Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location.

Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Metro / Tier 1 & Tier 2 Cities: 2 – 5 business days

  • Other Locations: 5 – 9 business days

In certain cases, delivery may be completed earlier or may take slightly longer depending on serviceability of the destination.

 

4. Delivery Attempts

Our logistics partners will make up to three delivery attempts.

If the delivery remains unsuccessful after three attempts, the shipment may be returned to our facility.

In such cases, Ezhigo may reach out to arrange re-dispatch or cancellation as applicable.

 

5. Delivery Acceptance

Customers are advised not to accept delivery of packages that appear visibly damaged or tampered.

Acceptance of delivery may be treated as confirmation that the package was received in good external condition, unless reported within 24 hours.

This does not affect the customer’s right to report manufacturing defects discovered later.

 

6. Delays Beyond Control

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, including:

  • Weather conditions

  • Transportation disruptions

  • Regional restrictions

  • Logistics partner delays

In such cases, the order will be delivered at the earliest possible time.

 

7. Order Tracking

Customers can track their order through the “Track Order” option available on the website.

Shipping updates are also shared via email.

 

8. Service Coverage

Currently, Ezhigo delivers only within India.

 

9. Failed Deliveries

If an order is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Non-availability of recipient

  • Refusal to accept delivery

Ezhigo reserves the right to:

  • Re-dispatch the order, or

  • Process cancellation as applicable, subject to review

Any applicable logistics cost arising from repeated failed delivery attempts may be recovered.
